Best in Class Awards - Event Branding Design & Coordination

BNY Mellon

The Best in Class Awards program was created by our Global Operations and Technology Relations team to honor outstanding employees across BNY Mellon’s Operations and Technology departments. I led the event branding design by developing the main event logo, individual award logos, color palette, typography, and overall visual direction for all print and digital materials.

I designed the award presentation slides, custom trophies, thank-you and congratulations cards, and reference guides, and also advised winners on social media best practices. In addition to design, I supported event coordination, ensuring every visual and communication touchpoint was delivered accurately and on time.

This project demonstrates my ability to create cohesive event identities and support seamless execution from concept to celebration.

Qatar Airways Dinner Invitation

PUBLIC NYC

I designed a custom dinner invitation for Qatar Airways, centered around a unique event held in a grounded Boeing 777-300 at JFK Airport. This private event featured world-renowned chefs Nobu Matsuhisa, Vineet Bhatia, and Ramzi Choueri, along with Qatar Airways' Master of Wine, James Cluer. To align with Qatar Airways’ premium brand and create an immersive experience, I designed a boarding pass-themed invitation. Each guest received a printed invite, making them feel like they were embarking on a special journey with the world’s 5-star airline. The design embodies Qatar Airways' luxury and sophistication, setting the tone for an unforgettable evening.

 
 

WIT Events - Branding Design & Coordination

BNY Mellon

BNY Mellon’s Women in Technology (WIT) events are designed to celebrate women across the organization, foster meaningful conversations, and create opportunities for professional networking. I assisted my team in coordinating this event while also shaping the full visual identity and supporting execution with a focus on internal communications and corporate branding.

I designed intranet graphics, external LinkedIn promotions, step-and-repeats, pull-up banners, stickers, tablecloths, and the presentation deck displayed during the event, ensuring a cohesive and energizing experience. My work helped create a welcoming environment where employees could connect, share ideas, and build community across teams. Through expressive color, confident typography, and a clean, modern layout system, I translated the event’s mission into visuals that encouraged engagement, highlighted talent, and reinforced BNY Mellon’s commitment to empowering women in technology.
