Hello, I’m Samantha Siew, a New York–based Art Director and Marketing Designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity, storytelling, and strategy.

Currently, I lead marketing design at Bayport Funding, where I not only oversee our visual strategy but also serve as the primary designer and producer of all creative output. From developing digital campaigns and designing event collateral to producing a weekly 70+ page pitch deck, I handle every aspect of the design process — concepting, execution, and delivery. I also design and manage all of Bayport’s social media content, e-mail marketing, and web updates, ensuring consistency and cohesion across every platform. Collaboration is central to my process: I work closely with our marketing, sales, and PR teams to translate complex ideas into clear, impactful visuals that strengthen the brand’s presence and voice.

Before Bayport, I served as Creative Lead and Brand Manager at BNY Mellon, where I designed internal campaigns, refreshed executive presentations, and developed brand identities for global teams. I also mentored junior designers and led creative workshops, helping colleagues understand and champion the company’s visual language.

Earlier in my career, I worked as an Art Director at Grey Group New York, developing national campaigns for Eli Lilly’s Trulicity and Olumiant, and concepting for Volvo and Riot Games. I began my professional journey at Juice Pharma Worldwide, creating visuals for healthcare brands including Alcon, Pfizer, and Boehringer Ingelheim — where I learned the importance of empathy, clarity, and purpose in visual communication.

As a team player and visual problem-solver, I believe the best creative outcomes emerge through collaboration and curiosity. My approach blends strategy with craft — ensuring every project is not just aesthetically strong, but rooted in intention and storytelling.

Fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite and skilled in art direction, branding, presentation design, and visual storytelling, I bring both creativity and structure to everything I design. Whether I’m producing a campaign, a brand identity, or a high-stakes presentation, my goal is to create work that inspires, informs, and connects.

When I’m not designing, you’ll find me exploring creative outlets like photography, content creation, and baking treats for my dog. I believe creativity comes in many forms — whether styling a photo, testing a recipe, or composing a layout, it’s all about experimentation, balance, and visual harmony. Every creative pursuit feeds back into my design process, reminding me that inspiration is everywhere — it just takes a designer’s eye to see it.
