The "Ripple" patient engagement concept is a strategic program designed to drive adherence and enhance the patient experience for Olumiant by creating a seamless data feedback loop. Through deep ideation with my copy partner and team, we conceptualized and put this comprehensive program together. This system centers on the "Rheumie" smart device, which actively tracks patient data and translates it into personalized, actionable insights via a centralized digital platform. I was heavily responsible for the visual development for this entire ecosystem, which involved package design for the accompanying materials and designing the aesthetic and form factor of the "Rheumie" device itself. On the digital side, I created all necessary UX design mockups for the integrated web design of the patient dashboard and mobile application interfaces, ensuring complex data was visualized clearly and intuitively. Finally, I leveraged visual narrative design when I designed and produced the comprehensive presentation deck used to articulate the program's vision and secure internal alignment.

Recognizing Alcon's need to train, educate, and refresh representatives on complex glaucoma information, I spearheaded a unique learning solution centered on strategic design and approachability. The training module was recast as an interactive activity coloring book, directly inspired by the colorful, digestible, and easy-to-read layout of children's educational materials. To ensure high comprehension and retention, I created a comprehensive set of clean, custom digitally drawn illustrations that clearly depict technical concepts in an engaging way. Furthermore, a dedicated mascot character was introduced and integrated into the design to guide the reader sequentially through the content, establishing a fun and consistent narrative flow from page to page. The final product was professionally printed and distributed with a set of color pencils, successfully transforming a standard training initiative into a hands-on, memorable learning experience that leverages the power of play and visual design.

As the foundational piece for the Olumiant brand launch, I designed the Healthcare Professional (HCP) Sales Aid—a comprehensive resource intended to serve as the guiding document for all subsequent brand materials. This piece was strategically developed to provide HCPs with all necessary clinical and product information while immediately establishing the core emotional tenets of the brand: hope and positivity - that patients can reach beyond the standard and manage their lives with rheumatoid arthritis.
I executed the design using Olumiant’s defined color palette and brand imagery, ensuring every layout decision reinforced the message of optimism and therapeutic possibility. The goal was to create a visually cohesive, authoritative, yet approachable guide that not only educated representatives and HCPs on the product's value proposition but also embodied the brand's commitment to patient well-being from the very first impression. The result was a robust, visually compelling sales tool that set the standard for the entire Olumiant campaign architecture.

This project required a blend of information design and strategic digital adaptation to celebrate Travatan Z’s 10th anniversary. My primary responsibility was to design the commemorative logo and create a detailed infographic visually mapping the brand's journey. Demonstrating versatility, I then optimized and reformatted this content into various AAO Digital Banner sizes and specifications required for the medical convention. I contributed to the experiential element by conceptualizing an interactive installation where the "journey" call to action was brought to life: users engaged with the digital banners sequentially by walking on an adjacent treadmill, seamlessly linking the brand narrative to a physical user experience.

As a key initiative in the Olumiant "Personal Gestures" campaign, I was responsible for the UX/UI design and visual concepting of a series of personalized email blasts. The strategic objective was to foster a sense of community and encourage treatment persistence. My work involved not only designing but also producing the emotionally resonant email templates, utilizing custom animated GIFs and vibrant imagery to deliver inspirational messages, celebrating patients' milestones and encouraging their ongoing adherence. I was the primary designer, meticulously creating and mocking up the final, responsive templates in Sketch for agency approval and deployment.
